Shipping costs

Delivery costs 60 kr when you shop at levelup.fo. Shipping is free on orders of 499 kr or more. We send all parcels with Flyta and Posta.

Orders are sent out every Monday and Thursday. Delivery time is 1–3 working days.

Exchanges and returns

Products can be exchanged within 14 days, provided they are in the same condition as when purchased. You can then choose to get your money back or exchange for another product. All durable goods have a 2-year warranty.

If a product is damaged or faulty, it can be returned to us at Æðuvíkarvegur 12.

Payment

We only accept card payments on levelup.fo.

We accept the following cards: Visa and MasterCard. At checkout you enter your card number, expiry date and security code, and you may be asked to confirm the payment with 3D Secure. Your card details are entered with Quickpay, a secure SSL-encrypted payment gateway. LevelUp never has access to your card details.

Use and safety

All training belts, equipment and accessories are intended for strength training and fitness use.

The customer is responsible for using the product correctly and safely. Always follow proper training technique, and consult a qualified trainer if you are unsure.

We accept no liability for injury or accidents resulting from incorrect use, technique or failure to follow safety guidelines.

The buyer is responsible for their own safety.

Caffeine use

We recommend using only 100 mg of caffeine per serving and a maximum of 300 mg of caffeine per day.

Misuse of caffeine can cause physical discomfort.
